you are you and I am I

“Nobody is superior, nobody is inferior, but nobody is equal either. People are simply unique, incomparable. You are you, I am I. I have to contribute my potential to life; you have to contribute your potential to life. I have to discover my own being; you have to discover your own being.”

my path

I feel like I’ve lost my way, is this true or just a trick of the mind? and is there a way to get back on “my path”? Thanks much 🙂

The path is always right where we are standing.

To lose our way is to be lost in thought, interpretation, and personal preference.

To come back to the path means to come back to ourself, right here and right now.

Take some time to be still and silent. Let go of thoughts about the past and imaginations about the future. Let go of preferences about the present.

Allow yourself to be naked and rooted between heaven and earth. From here, you will know whether you have gone astray and where your work awaits.

Namaste sis. Much love.

completely release error thinking

“I hold on to many things in life: precious memories, treasures, talents, skills, beloved friends and family. I cherish them all, for they have helped me become who I am today. I also value the challenges and difficulties I have overcome, as they, too, have fueled my growth.
At the same time, I may hold on to ideas and opinions no longer serving me. Today I become willing to give up resentments, worn- out attitudes and beliefs, or painful memories that impede my growth. I consciously surrender any negative thinking to my Higher Power. As I completely release error thinking, I let go and let God. I am transformed as I move forward with confidence and grace.”
